Refund Policy

Within 30 days of the purchase of any Membership, we will refund the full amount you paid upon request. You may cancel any membership products from within your User Info at any time.

No refunds are provided after the first 30 days, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for canceled memberships.

Payment Policy

For Memberships that include recurring payments: After the initial refund period expires, Kenney Associates Incorporated will continue to charge you at the recurring rate that was en force when you initially started your membership. This will happen on the same day of the subsequent year that you initially joined. You may cancel from within your User Info account.
